La Primoteca in Predazzo operates as a family-run restaurant, focusing its cuisine on typical starters, bruschette prepared with local products, first courses typical of our area, as well as traditional Italian dishes and home-made desserts for a sweet finale.
A modern restaurant with a pleasant interplay of wood and Dolomite stone, where the Cemin family welcomes their guests with care and enthusiasm, offering special moments to share on any occasion – such as couples’ outings, parties of friends or family celebrations. La Primoteca brings flavour and tradition to the table, offering varieties of bruschetta and “0 kilometre” cured meats and cheeses featuring products from the surrounding valleys, and creating different menus each season with fresh produce such as pumpkin, mushrooms, asparagus and fresh herbs.

All desserts are home-made and based on old recipes such as grandma’s strudel, but with an eye for creativity.
